ARC Nanotechnology Network

Nanostructures for Sensors, Electronics, Energy and Environment

Queensland University of Technology 26/09/2017 - 29/09/2017

The rapidly emerging areas of nanoscale science and technology are focussed on the design, fabrication, and characterisation of functional objects having dimensions at the nanometer length scale. New advances in this field are expected to have long-range implications in a wide variety of different scientific and engineering disciplines. Following the successful NanoS-E3 schools and workshops in 2007, 2008, 2011, 2013, and 2015 this 7th edition will broaden the topics to 2D materials, batteries, supercapacitors and superconductors. This well-established international meeting is an excellent opportunity to foster knowledge exchanges, especially between international leaders and young scientists in the field of nanotechnology, focusing on sensors, electronics, energy and environment, as well as to establish fruitful collaborations in the area of material science, chemistry, physics and engineering.
