Nanotechnology Research Programs/Activities:

Theoretical analysis and numerical modelling of electromagnetic systems -
(1) Plasmonic nanostructures including nano particles, semiconductor junctions, quantum dots, quantum wells for nanowires, SPASER and biomedical applications
(2) Optical gain media
(3) Optical metamaterials - graphene, diamagnetic and ferromagnetics
(4) Biophotonics - Brain stimulation, light propagation in tissues
