The Materials and Testing 2005 (MaTe05) conference aims to bring together scientists, academics, R&D and industry practitioners who have a common interest in the performance of materials used in industry, their preparation, processing and characterization. It will highlight the latest materials research and issues, practical industry applications, newly-developed commercial-end products, as well as future possibilities in both advanced Materials and Non-Destructive Testing. With a practical industry slant, MaTe05 will emphasise the relationships between materials properties and technologies and their characterisation by Non-Destructive testing techniques and other methods.
