On behalf of the organising committee, we would like to invite you to join us for the 8th International Conference on Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICONN 2020).

ICONN is the largest biennial Australian conference series in the field of nanoscience. Since the inaugural conference was held in Brisbane in 2006, ICONN has seen success in cities all around Australia, including Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra and Wollongong.

In 2020 ICONN returns to Brisbane and will feature a diverse array of multidisciplinary talks designed to connect worldleading scientists, students, engineers, industry participants and entrepreneurs working in the field of nanoscale science and technology to discuss new and exciting advances in the field.

ICONN 2020 will cover nanostructure growth, synthesis, fabrication, characterisation, device design, theory, modelling, testing, applications, commercialisation, and health and safety aspects of nanotechnology.

Being held in the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre in Queensland, Australia, from Sunday 9 February to Thursday 13 February 2020, the conference will feature plenary talks followed by technical symposia (parallel sessions) consisting of invited talks, and oral and poster presentations.
