ARC Nanotechnology Network

Nanostructures for Electronics Energy and Environment (Nano-E3)

South Stradbroke Island, QLD 23/09/2007 - 28/09/2007

The Nano-E3 is an Australian-Italian Workshop and school on Nanotechnology. It will allow leading Italian and Australian researchers to present their activities and foster cooperation in the field of nanotechnology, focusing in the areas of electronics energy and environment. It would benefit both countries to build scientific networks connecting scientists belonging to similar areas of nanotechnology. The respective strengths of the two nations will be brought together, to create new synergies from which leading edge outcomes are expected.
The state which will host the workshop, Queensland, is rapidly growing in this area of science and technology, and this will be a good occasion to expose the scientists in this field to the opportunities offered by the innovation and smart state funds.
