Spectroscopic Ellipsometry

Nanotechnology Capabilities:

Analysis of the optical properties of thin films and multilayer thin films from 1Å up to 1micron. Spectral region from 200nm to 2200nm. Can vary polarization of incident light and temperature of film, also spot size down to 50microns. Instrument is JY UVISEL (bought 2006).
