ARC Nanotechnology Network

MOCVD

Nanotechnology Capabilities:

The MOCVD Laboratory at ANU hosts two MOCVD reactors that allow us to grow a range of III-V compound semiconductor structures based on GaAs, AlGaAs, InGaAs, InP, InGaAsP, InAlGaAs, GaSb, InSb, InGaAsN, etc. The reactors are widely used for the growth of nanowires, quantum dots, quantum wells, strained layers and devices such as lasers, photodetectors, modulators and SESAMs.
