Defence Science & Technology Organisation (DSTO) - Collaborators

 

Links With Other Australian Organisations:

DSTO’s main Australian links in this area are with ANU (Prof Jagadish’s group) and UWA (Prof. Faraone’s group). Over the past two financial years, DSTO has let contracts to these groups in excess of $450k. In addition, approximately 1.5 to 2 staff-years per FY are expended by DSTO on work related to the contracts. DSTO also currently sponsors a PhD student at UWA and this number is expected to increase in the near future.  

Links With International Organisations:

DSTO collaborative research arrangements in this area include the US Office of Naval Research (ONR) and Naval Research Laboratories (NRL). Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Research Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM), the Canadian Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) and the UK Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL).
