Nanotechnology Research Programs/Activities:

We provide services in relation to the establishment, maintenance and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including the preparation and prosecution of patent applications for inventions. In doing so, we provide commercially relevant global strategies for the protection of inventions in all technical arts, including nanotechnology.  

Scale of Nanotechnology Research Effort:

We are a mid-sized firm of approximately 25 professional staff, each of whom provide insight into the multidisciplinary field of nanotechnology. Many of our attorneys have higher degrees, particularly in the chemical and biotechnology fields. In order to ensure a global strategy for IP protection, several of our professional staff are also qualified to practice as patent attorneys in the United States, Europe and the UK.
