-Polymeric nanocomposites
-Biodegradable nanocomposites
-Clay based nanopigments for polymer processing industry
-UV stable nanopigments
-UV and thermal stable nano-inks
 

Scale of Nanotechnology Research Effort:

Two Professors, one associate Professor, two senior lecturer, 3 Postdoctoral fellows and 8 post graduate students.
two full time senior technical support staff  

Nanotechnology research facilities:

-UV chambers
-Fully operational Wet chemistry lab
-Rheological testing facilities
-Mechanical testing
-high temperature GPC
-optical microscopy
-Processing equipments such as lab scale extruders, Injection moulding machine
-Melt strength tester
