Nanotechnology Research Programs/Activities:

Wrays comprises a specialised team of intellectual property professionals, including patent attorneys with strong academic and technical backgrounds in the field of nanotechnology. The academic background of the team includes, science and engineering degrees majoring in chemistry, nanotechnology and materials science. The team also has strong foundations in the fundamental principles of chemistry, biology, materials science, physics and electronics, which it readily applies to applications in the field of nanotechnology.

The Wrays team of patent attorneys has acted for several academic intuitions, small and medium enterprises, and multinational corporations covering a broad spectrum of technologies that include nanoparticle synthesis, drug delivery and biomimetic materials. Furthermore, the team provides services in relation to all aspects of intellectual property protection, including the preparation and prosecution of patent applications for inventions in nanoscience and nanotechnology. The team also has significant experience in providing opinions, due diligence reports and in contentious IP matters including patent oppositions and litigation.
