Nanotechnology Research Programs/Activities:

We have been studied Ferroelectric thin films.  

Scale of Nanotechnology Research Effort:

We have four master course people, three doctor's course and one professor.
We wrote 10 papers annually and we have RF, DC sputtering, X-ray diffraction, E-beam, Aerosol deposition eqipment etc. Our annual budget vary every year(USD 20000 ~ 60000).
