Nanotechnology Research Programs/Activities:

Sensing of nanoscale events using Intrinsic Exposed Core Optical Fibre Sensors (IECOFS); emulsion polymerisation; pervaporation membrane design and control; evaporation control using monolayers; crystal growth and design.  

Scale of Nanotechnology Research Effort:

Five staff members, four to six students.
