Nanotechnology Research Programs/Activities:

Graph theoretical program for fullerene coordinate generation and topological analysis.
Use of molecular dynamics simulations to characterise properties of proteins used to build functional materials from milk products.
Using molecular dynamics simulations to explore the process of amyloid fibril formation at an atomic level.  

Scale of Nanotechnology Research Effort:

Two PhD students on site.
A further PhD student co-supervised but hosted by MacDiarmid Institute, Victoria University, Wellington, NZ.
