Nanotechnology Research Programs/Activities:

Part of the broader Australian National Fabrication Facility (ANFF). The Victorian node offers open-access micro and nano fabrication equipment to academic and industry experts.

Flagship equipment:
Electrospinning, Nanolithography, Electron Beam Lithography, Sample Characterisation and diamond deposition.  

Scale of Nanotechnology Research Effort:

In excess of 200 tools or capabilities spread across Victoria's leading research institutes.

A user base approaching 300 per year.

Approximately 30 staff employed at eight different locations throughout the state.
