Nanotechnology Research Programs/Activities:

Doping of semiconductors, inorganic nanocrystals, metal oxide nanostructures, transparent electrodes, nanostructured thin films, (opto)electronic devices.

PDFs, PhDs, and Technical staff.

 

Nanotechnology research facilities:

Setup for colloidal nanocrystal synthesis and thin film deposition. Optical, electrical and electrochemical characterisation equipment. Access to a broad range of characterisation tools located within the "RMIT Microscopy and Microanalysis Facility" and the "Micro Nano Research Facility".
