Fabrication and electrical Characterisation of nanoscale devices featuring self-assembled nanosctructure conducting channels, e.g semiconductor nanowires and carbon nanotubes, and exotic gating structures, e.g ionic gating via via nanoscale patterned soft materials. Our interests also include taking devices towards single molecule level in biosensing and biolelectronics applications.
