Nanotechnology Research Programs/Activities:

Our group focuses on inorganic photovoltaics and two dimensional material optoelectronic devices.

Scale of Nanotechnology Research Effort:

A team of approximately 10 researchers comprising graduate students and postdocs.

Nanotechnology research facilities:

We have a range of facilities including 2D material pick-and-place stations, thin film deposition systems (thermal, ebeam and atomic layer deposition) as well as various optical characterisation (spectrally dependent responsivity, solar simulator, ellipsometer etc)
