Current Research Activities

1. Defect engineering in semiconductor materials (Si, SiGe, (Al)GaAs, InP, ZnO, GaN),
2. Surface and interface analysis of III-V and II-VI semiconductor materials using Synchrotron-based soft x-ray spectroscopies,
3. Solar cell design, fabrication and testing, as well as defect engineering for solar cell application.
