Current Research Activities

Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) growth of strained multi-layers of InGaAs and the dilute nitrides including GaAsN. X-ray diffraction studies of epitaxial layer lattice properties and interfacial structure. Theoretical studies of misfit dislocation configurations in multiple-strained layer structures.
