Current Research Activities

My research project is combining the techniques of live cell imaging with electron microscopy to investigate the role actin plays in cancer cell activity. By introducing various nanoparticles as drug delivery system loaded with anti-cancer compounds, we could target the cancer cell with enhanced treatment efficacy and reduced toxicity. Carbon nanotubes and gold nanoparticles will be introduce in my research.
