Current Research Activities

Transmission and scanning electron microscopy of semiconducting and nanoscale materials.Study of interfaces in high-k gate oxide dielectrics on silicon, ion implantation of silicon carbide, quantum dots, non-stoichiometric III-V compounds. Application of a wide variety of advanced electron microscopy and spectroscopy techniques, including HREM, EFTEM, STEM,EELS, EDS.
