Current Research Activities

Deposition of nanocrystalline diamond thin films employing pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique. Atomic force microscopy, Raman spectroscopy analysis of nanoscale materials. Testing of optical and electrical properties of the deposited thin film coatings. Formation of quantum dots depending on deposition parameters.
