Current Research Activities

Tyson obtained his BSc in Nanotechnology (Honours) from Curtin University of Technology in 2010, which was focused on both the chemical and physical properties of nanoparticulate substances. This provided Tyson with a sound foundation in the synthesis, purification and analysis of nanoparticles.

Tyson’s research was primary based on the synthesis of inorganic-organic hybrid nanoparticles and their analysis through x-ray techniques, electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. The nature of this research insured that he obtained additional experience in inorganic chemistry and solid state physics.

Tyson joined Wrays in 2010 and is currently studying to become an accredited Patent and Trade Marks Attorney.
