Current Research Activities

Mainly my research is about fabrication and characterisation of Diamond Devices I fabricate electronic and electrochemical hydrogen terminated diamond devices and the aim is to modulate the carrier concentration and demonstrate the modulation of spin orbit interaction strength in the hydrogen terminated channel of the devices. This could be done by performing magneto-transport measurements at low temperature and by observing weak localisation and Weak anti-localisation quantum mechanics phenomena,which only arise in disordered two dimensional systems.
