Current Research Activities

Surface transfer doping of semiconductors (diamond, graphene, organic semiconductors etc.) and its device applications.
Molecular-scale interface engineering at organic/inorganic and organic/organic heterojunctions to optimise the performance and functionality of organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) and organic photovoltaics (OPVs).
Ultrafast charge transfer dynamics at interfaces using core-hole clock spectroscopy.
Room-temperature ferromagnetic oxides by defect engineering.
