Current Research Activities

My main research interests concern control and understanding of growth processes in low dimensional III-V semiconductors, based mostly on an experimental approach. I am also very interested in tuning the materials properties down to the single bilayer level, for fundamental physics studies and novel nanodevices (e.g. quantum dot laser, photodetectors, field effect transistors).
