Current Research Activities

(1)Design of silicon-germanium-carbon based thin film materials that are suitable to be applied through a wide spectrum region.
(2)Characterise and measure materials’ optical and mechanical properties.
(3)Post-process and optimise materials properties to meet filters’ functional requirements.
(4)Design and test actuation structure to extend the tunability of filters in specific wavelengths region.
