Current Research Activities

Investigating sustainable biomaterials such as fluoroaluminosilicate bioactive glass, fluorapatite-mullite bioglass-ceramics and dental glass-ionomer-cement from recycling waste materials. Nanoindentation, Field emission scanning electron microscopy, compressive test (UTS), simultaneously thermal analysis (TG/DSC), X-ray powder diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Synchrotron X-ray powder diffraction and THz/far-infrared spectroscopy as well as small and ultra-small angle neutron scattering spectroscopies are applying into the study.
