Current Research Activities

Dijon’s project is focused on utilising existing dye-sensitised photocathodes for solar cells and attempting to incorporate existing hydrogen evolution catalysts. This involves the significant challenge of successfully coupling the rapid single-electron photochemistry of the dye to the much slower multi-electron redox chemistry of proton reduction.
