Current Research Activities

We aim to exploit fundamental light-material interactions and utilize them to design, fabricate and integrate advanced electronic and photonic materials, structures, devices and systems. Our recent works include the development of high-performance optoelectronic devices (solar cells, photodetectors, LEDs, lasers, etc), targeted at various applications like solar energy harvesting, communication and healthcare. We are currently focused on combining microscale photonic devices with biomedical systems.
