Current Research Activities

My research activities primarily focus on the MOCVD growth and characterization of III/V semiconductor quantum dot infrared photodetectors (QDIPs). Also I am interested in modeling the band structure of quantum dots in an effort to understand and optimize the spectral response of QDIPs.
